  This office will not return calls or emails. As one other person commented "they only want their money from you and then they forget about you and your case". The only time you will hear back from their office is when they are sending you an invoice. Please choose an attorney who cares about your case, and that will care about your concerns. We had chose this attorney as he was Board Certified, but apparently that went down the drain along with the money we paid. Very incompetent.

  David Hesser is honest, ethical and knows the law. He also works long hours unlike some attorneys. When you need him, he will not be out playing golf or going to a party. I would trust him with my life and would hire him for any legal issue. He fights for his clients and is well respected by decent lawyers and by Judges. He cares about all families as he does for his own. Also, notice that the bad reviews come from people who will not give a real name. I believe that if you want to praise or criticize anyone, be decent and use your real name. Otherwise, you are a coward and probably lying.

  David is an expert on child custody jurisdiction. After I wasted thousands on attorneys who claimed to know how to get my custody case transferred from Georgia to Louisiana, David solved the problem and knew exactly what to do. I had not seen my son in over a year and within a month I had custody and got a wage garnishment order against the father. I cannot thank him enough for his expertise and professionalism. I admit he was not always available to take an unexpected call but I learned all I had to do was schedule a phone conference and he gave me his undivided attention.
