- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I would just like to share my wonderful experience dealing with my State Farm agent and his office staff. I was recently in a very bad accident it was difficult and traumatic for me. However Kris Wilkerson at the Greg Baker location of State Farm in Alexandria LA was right there by me the whole time. He explained everything to me and assured me everything would be fine. I literally called him at least once a day for a whole week with questions and he never once acted like I was a bother. I believe he is a wonderful agent and I have never had better customer service. I appreciate the caring and concern he has shown me through this difficult experience. I couldn't ask for a better agent.
